Overview
An important priority in the development of government online services is the full exploitation of the opportunities that the Internet provides, not only for clients and stakeholders of government agencies, but also for the agency.
Online recruitment includes using the Internet to facilitate the hiring of new staff. This may result in a number of efficiencies for the organisation as well as for potential employees. This may involve the whole recruitment process, from advertising to testing and interviewing online.
