2005 Meetings
12 December: Location - Department of Environment and Heritage
The meeting focussed on consistent user experience and web standards and commenced with two presentations:
- Department of Human Services Consistent User Experience initiative by Greg Whitfield, Medicare Australia; and
- Designing or redesigning to XHTML and CSS2 web standards by Gavin Dispain, Department of the Environment and Heritage.
The presentations led into an open discussion which allowed members to share experiences, ask questions and discuss broadening the scope of the Content Management CoP.

13 July: Location - Department of Finance and Administration
'Web Content Management System Authoring Roundtable' (39 KB)
The meeting commenced with three short presentations:
- Governance impact on authoring by Peter Dale, AGIMO, Department of Finance and Administration;
- Challenges facing a manager prior to the implementation of a CMS by Greg Whitfield, Health Insurance Commission; and
- CMS authoring - definitions and issues by Kerry Webb, ACT Government.
The presentations led into an open discussion which allowed members to share experiences, ask questions and raise ideas on authoring issues.
