Senate Order on Departmental and Agency Contracts 2003-2004 Financial Year
In response to a Senate Order dated 20 June 2001 the Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO) has included the following contract information.
- each contract entered into by AGIMO which has not been fully performed or which has been entered into during the previous 12 months, and which provides for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more;
- the contractor, the amount of consideration and the subject matter of each contract;
- whether each contract contains provisions requiring the parties to maintain confidentiality of any of its provisions, or whether there are any other requirements of confidentiality, and a statement of the reasons for confidentiality; and
- an estimate of the cost of complying with this order and a statement of the method used to make the estimate.
This information is provided for each relevant contract and the confidentiality arrangements reflect a standard form contract existing at the time and the nature of many contracts in place.
This list of contracts relates to the 2003-04 financial year, that is 1 July 2003 to 30 June 2004.
Cost of compliance and method of calculation
AGIMO have estimated the cost of complying with the Senate Order on Departmental and Agency Contracts relating to the period 1st July 2003 to 30 June 2004 at $2,898.99, which was derived by taking account of:
- the number of staff used on the request;
- the nominal salary level of each staff member; and
- the hours dedicated to the task
