Agency Briefing
The Commonwealth's Electronic Procurement Strategy includes a requirement on Agencies to pay all suppliers electronically by the end of 2000. This requirement can be reached by simple policy changes within agencies and fairly inexpensive software and/or hardware implementations.
Based on agency feedback, this seminar provided Commonwealth Agencies with possible e-payment solutions. It showcased a range of commercially available e-payment solutions and included agency case studies. Providers were invited to demonstrate their operational solutions at this seminar.
