Commonwealth departments and agencies have made a wide range of information and services available on their websites. As well as providing static information and simple services online, a number of agencies are bringing more complex, transactional services online. This seminar featured the experiences of a selection of agencies in bringing these types of services online. The business decisions behind these projects, how various implementation issues were addressed, and lessons learnt were discussed. Speakers shared tips and insights into the way in which the benefits of these types of projects can be maximised.
