E-government Benefits: study findings and case studies

Half Day Seminar

About this Seminar

Launched in April 2003, the E-government Benefits Study findings and case studies provide information on how we can measure the benefits of and demand for e-government.

Providing sound assessments of demand and value propositions is a difficult task. Yet increasingly, these assessments are critical to ensuring the effectiveness of Internet-delivered government programs. Pioneering a way forward, NOIE has developed more consistent methodologies to assist agencies in assessing potential demand for and benefits of internet-delivered services.

This seminar outlined the key findings and the Demand and Value Assessment Methodology developed from the E-government Benefits Study, and provided an insight into a number of important e-government benefits case studies.
