About this Forum
The information contained in the presentations given at this e-government event was correct at the time of the event. You may need to check with the relevant agency as to whether the information is still current.
This forum was part of a series of updates on website standards and associated issues. The advent of cheap high quality digitisation tools opens the opportunity for many organisations to digitise old collections of audiovisual materials on media that is 'futureproof'. This information session covered:
- quality duplication that facilitates online access to content;
- creating a digital archive; and
- placing digitised content online.
