The forum provided agencies with an overview of the direction of wireless technology in the telecommunication industry and the manner in which wireless could be used by agencies as an alternative effective channel.
The information forum covered:
- the current and future direction of wireless technology;
- integration models;
- and future direction.
This forum was the second forum in the 2004-2005 series.
These interactive forums present current case studies and information to assist government agencies to effectively implement e-government initiatives.
